Modern Path Access Fund

The Modern Path Access Fund is a fiscally sponsored administrative program within the for-profit business, Modern Path. The Modern Path Access Fund aims to provide financial support to existing clients of Modern Path who are in need of adjunct services to avoid accessing a higher level of care or who have experienced financial hardship resulting in a need for financial assistance to support their current treatment plan.
