Attendance Works

Attendance WorksEducators – start the New Year off with Attendance Works! Registration is now open for their highly-rated, three-part e-training which shares proven, evidence-based, tiered strategies to promote attendance and engagement using a team approach. Participants will get a chance to interact with their peers and the Attendance Works team in breakout rooms.

Class dates are January 18, February 1 and February 18. Register here.


The FruitGuys Community Fund

The FruitGuys Community FundThe FruitGuys Community Fund 2024 Grant Cycle starts Monday, January 1st. Grants will be awarded to U.S. farms in amounts up to $5,000. Areas of preference for 2024 include:

  • Water Conservation
  • Natural Pest Control
  • Pollination
  • Soil Health
  • Energy Efficiency
  • Heirlooms
  • Increase Low-Income Consumers’ Access to Food
  • Equity, Community Building & Education
  • Support Beginning and Under-Represented Farmers Including BIPOC and Women

Women in Data Science

Women in Data Science Worldwide WiDSWomen in Data Science Worldwide (WiDS) announced their first round of speakers scheduled for their Women in Data Science Worldwide, Stanford Conference. The technical conference will feature outstanding women discussing their exceptional work in data science and related fields, across a wide range of domains. This event is open to all. Register online now to get tickets for the in-person event as there is limited capacity at the venue.
