Resources for the 2025 Los Angeles County Wildfire

The devastating series of wildfires that started January 7, 2025 have caused unimaginable damage and displacement to people throughout the Los Angeles region.

As of January 13, 2025, the wildfires have resulted in the deaths of at least 24 people, forced nearly 180,000 to evacuate, and more than 12,400 structures have been damaged or destroyed.

To help those who are looking for wildfire resources, we’ve compiled information from several online guides, including one put together by the Los Angeles Latino Chamber of Commerce. You can see their original guide here.

Evacuation Resources & Centers

If you receive notification to evacuate, please do so. You will not only save your life, that of your pet and our emergency personnel. Pack essentials (sneakers, extra clothing, jacket), including medications, important documents,  ID,  and needed personal and pet supplies. Have your vehicle ready to go and don’t forget to wear your mask. Due to the poor air quality, the best mask to wear is a N95 or a P100 respirator mask. N95s can be found at local drug stores and at local libraries in the affected areas. P100s can be found in hardware stores.
