ADU Resource Center

The ADU Resource Center’s mission is to promote and facilitate the development of ADUs in the Bay Area to help address the region’s housing challenge, with a focus on promoting affordability. The Center seeks to make ADUs more accessible to low income families as well as to support and make ADU development easier for all homeowners. Finally, the Center seeks to assist jurisdictions in meeting or exceeding their ADU production and affordability goals.
