Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair (I-CAR) is an international not-for-profit organization committed to bridging the gap between educational institutions and workplaces in the automotive collision repair industry with the goal of moving more individuals into both sustaining and sustainable professional roles. Since 1979, I-CAR has ensured that all people who work and aspire to work in this industry from high schoolers in a shop class to tenured professionals in repair centers with decades of experience are receiving the education and professional development needed to perform complete, safe and quality repairs.
