The Food and Agriculture Program (formerly at SPUR) aims to create a healthy, just and sustainable food system and put an end to food insecurity. Fullwell focuses on developing policies and programs in California – related to the food safety net and public food procurement – that also have the potential to be replicated elsewhere in the country.
