Gender Equity Accelerator’s goal is to ensure that all women in the workplace have equitable access to recruitment, employment, compensation and promotion, and to accelerate women’s progress into senior leadership and executive roles – particularly in the tech sector. Their aim is to drive systemic change by applying proven external strategies and tactics to bolster and support internal efforts to advance women.
