Streets Forward

Streets Forward’s mission is to transform San Francisco’s streets into safe, equitable, and sustainable public spaces for all. The organization will achieve this mission by helping more people shift trips to sustainable transportation, organizing supporters of sustainable transportation, building community, and educating the public and policymakers on sustainable transportation policies and infrastructure. Streets Forward’s work will make San Francisco more livable, sustainable, and connected and decrease car traffic, noise, air pollution, climate emissions, roadway fatalities, and public land used for private car storage while increasing revenue for local businesses, economic activity, civic engagement, community connectedness, and public health.
