Adrienne Wright

With over 20 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, Adrienne brings a strong foundation in operational efficiency and client-focused service. Her background spans a wide range of for-profit environments, including fintech startups, staffing agencies, and third-party payroll service bureaus, where she has supported organizations through various stages of growth. Adrienne is a certified Payroll Manager through Cal Poly and is currently working toward recertification with PayrollOrg, formerly the American Payroll Association.

Adrienne’s experience extends into nonprofit and fiscal sponsorship work, where she applies a service-oriented approach similar to that of a third-party provider. She finds this work especially meaningful, supporting a diverse range of projects with impactful philanthropic missions. She is passionate about helping organizations operate smoothly and effectively so they can focus on the communities they serve.

Outside of work, Adrienne is a proud mother of three and spends much of her time cheering them on at sporting events while also taking on many roles at home, from personal financial advisor to doctor and taxi driver. She also enjoys spending time with her French bulldog, Prada, whether out for walks or visiting the beach.
