Diana Rodriguez
Manager of Executive Partnerships
Originally from Las Vegas, NV, Diana Rodriguez brings a strong background in donor relations, fiscal sponsorship, and nonprofit operations to her work at Community Initiatives. She previously worked at the Nevada Community Foundation, where she led Donor Relations and supported fundholders, grantmaking, and philanthropic partnerships across the state.
Diana believes that fiscal sponsorship can be a powerful tool for bringing ideas to life, especially for leaders who are building something new or navigating complex systems. She was drawn to Community Initiatives because of the organization’s commitment to supporting mission-driven projects with the infrastructure and partnership they need to grow and sustain their impact.
In her role as Manager of Executive Partnerships, Diana works closely with prospective projects, guiding them through the inquiry and onboarding process while serving as a thought partner on structure, strategy, and fit.
Outside of work, Diana is an avid hiker who enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling to connect with partners across the country, and being with her dogs.
