Ella Wolfgramm

Ella shares her passion for community advocacy and systems change with Community Initiatives’ Client Services team. As a Bay Area native – Oakland-born with Tongan roots – her work in the community spans from mentoring Pacific Islander youth to supporting philanthropy at the Women’s Foundation of California and the California Health Care Foundation. Her work is supported by lived experience and strategic focus in every role. Ella is excited to expand her expertise in nonprofit and philanthropy in support of the organization’s many fiscally sponsored projects.

Backed with years of experience and both a BA in Economic Analysis and an MBA from Mills College, Ella is committed to advancing equity for underrepresented communities.

When she’s not deep in spreadsheets or strategy sessions, she can likely be found on a spontaneous adventure, singing at a karaoke dive bar, or chasing down the perfect root beer float.
