Inna Won

Inna first connected with Community Initiatives as a Federal Grants Advisor and now continues to support the organization with a focus on financial compliance, grant management and organizational efficiency. She brings a strategic, solutions-oriented approach to ensuring strong fiscal stewardship across programs. With nearly 15 years of experience in accounting, Inna is a CPA specializing in audit compliance, non-profit accounting, and financial reporting.

Raised in the suburbs of Los Angeles, Inna graduated from UCLA with a degree in Art History and a minor in French, later earning an Accounting Certificate from UCLA Extension. Outside of work, Inna likes to brunch, travel (but doesn’t like being in planes), run (only when truly inspired or mildly guilted into it) and moonlights as a tech nerd tinkering with code.
